At Lyeura, we’re committed to offering stylish, high-quality women’s fashion. All clothing items — including printed maxi dresses, velvet dresses, seasonal dresses, and knit maxi dresses — undergo quality checks before shipment. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how to request support.

1. Warranty Coverage

All apparel items are protected by a 30-day quality assurance warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Seam or stitching issues
  • Faulty or detached buttons, clasps, or zippers
  • Fabric defects present upon arrival
  • Incorrect item, color, or size received
  • Damage caused during shipping

If any of these issues occur, we will replace the item or provide a refund.

2. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

The following issues are not covered under warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by washing, drying, or ironing
  • Shrinkage, fading, stretching, or fabric wear due to use
  • Makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other stains
  • Accidental damage (tears, cuts, burns, pulled threads, etc.)
  • Damage from misuse or alteration of the product
  • Items returned with odors (smoke, perfume, detergent, etc.)
  • Final sale items (if applicable)

These are not considered manufacturing defects.

3. How to File a Warranty Claim

To submit a claim, email us at contact@lyeura.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect
  • A short explanation of the issue

Our team will review your claim within 24–48 hours.

4. Approved Warranty Solutions

If your claim is approved, you may choose:

  • A free replacement (same item, size, and color if available)
  • A full refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit for future purchases

All shipping costs for approved warranty cases are fully covered by us.

5. Warranty Timeframe

Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days after delivery.
Claims submitted after this period may not qualify.
